A 45-minute, full body workout focusing on cardio, strength & core.

A great way for moms to workout along with their little one in a fun environment.

All exercises can be modified to fit each individual's needs.

Also a great way for new moms to meet new friends.

Bootcamp

What to expect in Bootcamp

A 45-minute full body workout using bodyweight with blasts of cardio.

Improve strength, muscle tone, cardio fitness, finishing with an abs blast.

Low, intermediate, and high-impact movements to fit each individual's needs.

Perfect way to workout while having fun.

Dates and Times

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays @ 6:00 p.m.

BoxFit

in Huron Heights

What to expect in BoxFit

A 45-minute high intensity workout. Punch and kick your way fit.

This class will have you moving your whole body, strengthening and toning muscles, and finishes with an abs blast.

Focusing on power, strength and agility while leaving you sweaty and feeling strong. No gloves or bags will be used.
