OWNER AND OPERATOR
Christine is an athlete, certified fitness instructor, water safety instructor, and coach. She has over 20 years of experience in coaching, fitness instruction, and endurance sports competition.
Christine has qualified for multiple world championship teams in multisport (aquathlon, super sprint distance, and all the way up to Ironman), as an age group athlete, from 2012 - present.
In 2023, Christine won the Triathlon Ontario Super Sprint Triathlon Championships, and was second at the Triathlon Ontario Aquathlon Championships.

GRACE
SWIM INSTRUCTOR & LIFEGUARD
Grace Wallace is a lifeguard and aquatics instructor. Grace has completed the National Lifeguard Society (NLS) certification, Bronze Cross, Bronze Medallion, CPR-C, CPR-B, First Aid, and the City of Toronto's Safeguard.
Grace is a biology major at York University. She has lived in the USA, and competes in swimming, running, and triathlons.
Grace was the 2022 Subaru Series Triathlon Champion (F 19& under), and she competed for team Canada at the 2022 World Age-Group Short Course Triathlon Championships in June, in Montreal.
Grace also enjoys ultimate frisbee, cooking, walking her Golden Retriever, Mango, and spending time with her cat, Leo.
FAITH
SWIM INSTRUCTOR & LIFEGUARD
Faith Wallace, Grace's younger sister, is also a lifeguard and instructor. Faith has completed the National Lifeguard Society (NLS) certification, Bronze Cross, Bronze Medallion, CPR-C, CPR-B, First Aid, and the City of Toronto's Safeguard.
An honour role student in high school, Faith is also the 2022 Ontario Youth Cup Triathlon Champion. She competed at the 2022 and 2024 Ontario Summer Games in track and field and triathlon. In 2023, she won the Triathlon Ontario duathlon race and was the Ontario Youth Cup Cycling (road/time trial) champion. In swimming, in 2024, she was a OYJ finalist in the 100m butterfly (1:08.82, SC).
On the track in 2024, she was a finalist in the 1500m at OFSAA, with a 4:53 (Novice Girls).
Faith also enjoys painting, learning languages, and playing instruments.
